Nasze warunki i zasady

Effective: August 26, 2026

Agreement and service

These terms govern use of the hosted GitRank service, including its website, GitHub integrations, AI features, and MCP connector. By using the service, you confirm that you can accept these terms for yourself or the organization you represent. Self-hosted use is also subject to the repository license and the operator’s own terms.

Accounts and authorization

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, and ensuring that you have authority to connect organizations, repositories, email accounts, messaging channels, and AI clients. Organization roles and permissions must be assigned appropriately. Notify GitRank promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

AI and connector outputs

AI-generated scores, classifications, summaries, drafts, and recommendations can be incomplete or wrong and require human review. They must not be treated as the sole basis for employment, payment, security, legal, or other high-impact decisions. MCP clients may call only the organizations and capabilities you grant. You remain responsible for reviewing previews and confirmations before public publishing or external communication.

Bounties and communications

GitRank bounty features calculate and track reward records; GitRank does not custody or transfer funds. Your organization is responsible for program rules, approvals, taxes, sanctions, payment execution, and disputes. You are also responsible for ensuring outreach email, Discord notifications, and other communications comply with consent, anti-spam, employment, and privacy requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not use GitRank to:

  • access data, repositories, organizations, or accounts without authorization;
  • send deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or unsolicited communications;
  • circumvent rate limits, access controls, confirmations, or security testing boundaries;
  • upload malware, interfere with the service, or violate another person’s rights;
  • misrepresent AI output as verified fact or as a complete measure of individual performance.

Your content and third-party services

You retain rights in content you provide and grant GitRank the limited permission needed to process it for the requested service. GitHub, Anthropic, Google, Discord, Supabase, Cloudflare, and other connected services have separate terms. Their availability and conduct are not controlled by GitRank.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. GitRank does not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect security, or the accuracy of AI output, analytics, or third-party data.

Suspension, termination, and changes

You may stop using the service and revoke integrations at any time. GitRank may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others, or to address violations. Material term changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the GitRank contact page.
